Hayao Miyazaki. Art director of "Howl's moving castle","Spirited away",etc.

Your planes remind me of the proportions on his
previous works (Nausikaa etc) and some other ones that he reportedly collaborated in the late 90'ies.
Plus your "steampunk" tendency
He's a legend in the industry, and he's almost 70.
Hooked on watercolours, that he uses entirely for his storyboards.
Look him up on wiki.

i like the background it's sorta geometric looking although it's all rounded, how do you do it ? just draw random shapes or something more technical?
