The horizontal flare to the left does no good, for it distracts from the foreground. It creates a nice contrast with it, viewed from another aspect. The main flaw may be that the focus of the image suffers under a certain kind of ambiguity, due to the characteristics mentioned above.
Still good to see your art around.

I love the attention you've put into this: the subtle sky, the almost harsh lighting of the scene, the details of the sunken ships' underbellies to give them a suggested scale. Makes for an incredibly fascinating piece. Great work!
